Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has raised $22.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2019, according to his campaign, bringing his total fundraising for the year to $94.5 million. Biden’s campaign said in a statement that the money came from more than 300,000 donors, with an average donation of $55. The campaign also said that 98% of the donations were $200 or less..
